A direct online order is not possible for my premium label, because the details must be clarified in one or more personal interviews.
After you have contacted me (via e-mail or telephone), the key facts will be determined (which outfit, pattern, material request, occasion, when it is needed). Thereafter, my design proposals will be discussed and measurements will be taken usually in a personal meeting. Fabric suggestions can often be discussed in advance by e-mail.
As soon as the design and the selection of materials are set, the actual order can be placed. I then create the personalized pattern and sew a fitting jacket to check the right fit. After that the actual production of the outfit starts.
Delivery
The delivery period depends on the current workload and the effort of the order. It is also affected of how fast we can agree upon the design, the availability of the materials required, when measurements can be taken and the correct fit of the fitting jacket can be verified. The actual production takes an average of 5 to 10 working days.
The delivery takes place either in person or as parcel by DHL.
Payment
After setting all the details, I can make you a concrete offer. After your order (in text form), the payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (advance payment in each case).
Prices
For individual productions, it is of course not possible to specify a flat final price. It depends primarily on the effort, but is influenced of the choice of materials, too. However, from experience I can give averages for individual steps:
- Pattern making and sewing a fitting jacket: 150 €
- Material: on average 100 – 150 €, but much higher for some sequined fabrics
- Sewing: from 500 €
- If applicable travel expenses for material research and purchase, customer visit(s)
Prices are final prices. As a small business owner, VAT is not charged according to § 19 Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
No right of withdrawal
An order is binding with costs. A right of revocation does not exist according to § 312g paragraph 2 BGB (German law) in contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is relevant to the production, or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
However, this does not affect the statutory warranty. The warranty period for consumers is 2 years from receipt of the goods. During this period, the statutory warranty rights exist.
